Yesterday was busy!

Hey everyone! Big Ern here. Today is Sunday and we are just relaxing after our busy Saturday! First Mommy got us up and made us go outside. It was already pretty warm outside. But Jasmine and Eddie still enjoyed the sun beam coming through the window. Jasmine was trying to enjoy a peaceful moment before Mommy dragged her off to see the vet again. This time was just her annual appointment. She had to get shots and stuff. The vet said Jasmine is all healthy!
Eddie showed off his best Bill the Cat pose...
Pippin was really excited about breakfast!
Eli almost looks guilty about eating. It's ok buddy, you can eat...
Neecy and her primadonna pose...
Well, after Jasmine's appointment and our breakfast, Lilo and her parents, Jess and Ryan, came over to our house and we all went down to the Petco in Speedway for the KPR meet 'n greet. There were only 3 other pugs there, but we got to see a bunch of other kinds of dogs, including a really big dog that looked like a giant pug! Yes, even more gargantuan than Eddie! Mommy called it a Mastiff.
Obviously after we got there the store was packed with pugs ;-) Besides the 8 of us (the Posse plus Lilo), KPR volunteer Candy had 3 of her foster pugs there, Midnight, Milton, and Chewbacca.
We were confused by being at Petco on a Saturday...we usually go on Sunday!
Lilo is such a social little girl that she didn't care what day it was, she was just happy to be meetin' n greetin'!
Eddie seemed to enjoy himself despite the heat...
This is Milton...he is available for adoption. He sure is a good looking pug...
This is Chewbacca, aka Chewy. He reminded us a lot of Gus...
See...he has very similar coloring to Gus...
And this is Midnight, aka Mischief! Midnight is a kisser! Lilo got a little jealous when her mommy was getting Midnight love ;-)
Isn't that a sweet face? I'm sure it won't take long for him to find his forever home...
Chewy was a very friendly boy too. He really enjoyed the attention. ..
Eddie is hoping Mommy and Daddy don't decide to take any more pugs home because the big bed is running out of room, especially since Ed likes to stretch out that Gigantor (Daddy's new nickname for him) body of his...
Of course we kept Mommy and Daddy busy by the usual tangling of the leashes. What fun would it be if they didn't have to keep untangling us? Jasmine was happy just to be feeling better. See the sore on her leg? Doesn't it look much better now? And there is no more swelling! Also notice Uncle Ryan in the background there (with the white hat on). He is such an instigator! He bought Gus a doggy tennis ball since Gus really seems to like them!
Well, while Gus was playing with his tennis ball, Chewy decided that looked like a lot of fun! So Daddy bought one for him!
After all that excitement, we went back home and Mommy, Daddy, Sam, Ryan, and Jess all left. They said they went to eat lunch, shop at Costco (which is ok because they came home with more pug food), then they went to see a movie. It was something about some robots that change into cars or something like that. It sounded totally silly to me. But when they got home they were all talking about how much they enjoyed it! Of course they wondered what we did while they were gone, but we'll never tell ;-)
Time to rest up now! Have a wonderful Sunday everyone!
Pug hugs and kisses!
