Hi! My name is Jasmine and I'm 7 years old. As you can see from my picture, I'm a beautiful black pug. When my family got me, I was only 6 weeks old and had 1 pug buddy, Sidney, who was 7 years older than me. He was the coolest pug I've ever known (besides me, that is). Sadly, a few months ago he went to sleep and didn't wake up again. We were all so sad, especially Mommy and me. Sid was my best friend. We loved to snuggle together.

That's me and Sid staying warm together.

For some reason, when I was 2 my Mommy and Daddy decided to bring this fawn pug home. He was a lot smaller then. His name is Pippin. They named him after a character from some movie about a ring or something. He's ok, but he's very "fluffy" as Mommy and Daddy say and he always tries to push me out of the way when I'm getting attention. Mommy calls him a Love Bully!

After Sidney went away, we went to a pug meetup at the park and then a pug rescue thing. The meetup was so much fun and I met some really fun pugs. We ran and played and had a great time. Then we went to the rescue thing and Mommy found this fawn pug who was in a pen with a bunch of other pugs. They all had numbers on their collars. Well, this one kept kissing MY Mommy! The next thing I know, he's coming to live in MY house! His name is Eli. He was so skinny that you could see his ribs, but his head and paws were like normal size. He looked kind of funny. Mommy nicknamed him Bobblehead and my human brother Sam nicknamed him TigerPaw. He's an ok pug, especially when he's sleeping because he likes to curl up and snuggle.

Ok, so now we're back to 3 pugs and Mommy responded to an e-mail about these 2 pugs (both fawn) who needed a home. They're brother and sister, Ernie and Bernice. They're kind of weird...they lick each other and everyone else ALL THE TIME!!! Ernie is ok, but he's a big pug. He's not big like Pippin, he's mostly muscle. He's actually rather handsome. But Bernice is this little spazzy pipsqueak who always barks with her shrill bark at everything. And she always tries to get in MY face! What's up with that? She doesn't seem to realize that I am Princess Jasmine! I am the ruler in this house! But Mommy and Daddy decided they're going to stay and we have to keep both of them! It's totally crazy here now. I guess I'll have to put up with all of them. At least they understand to stay away from me when I'm eating.
Well, that's probably enough about me for now. Mommy is new to this blog thing, so I had to help her get started. Maybe Pippin will introduce his fluffy self tomorrow. Then Saturday is the next meetup at the park and pugs will be in costumes! I can't wait to see my pug friends dressed up :-) Hopefully Mommy will get lots of pictures to share! TTFN...Jasmine
